Cody Kelly Bark Park
Located in Visalia, this park has benches, trees and toys for dogs to entertain themselves. There is bike parking, and it has a separate area for both big and small dogs. It’s located at 786 Plaza Drive.
- "There is a small dog area and a larger dog area but little dogs, even teacup Yorkies, were strutting around the big play area off-leash with their brave owners."
Seven Oaks Bark Park
Also in Visalia is this friendly park located at 900 S Edison Street.
- "Super friendly regulars (like Cheers!)! They definitely make you feel like you're part of the neighborhood!! Dogs are all well behaved, as well as owners."
Freedom Park
At this park at 2000 9 1/4 Avenue in Hanford, there's a little something for everyone - a play area for the kids, picnic tables, bathrooms, and a dog park.
- "The ground is soft around the playground... I really liked that. It has a great variety of equipment- my daughter went from being a pirate to a firefighter. It has many slides and swings, so the kids don't have to wait for a turn. There was also a sand area and walking trail, so there are many options."
Jimmie Low Community Dog Park
In Dinuba, this park has benches, trees and water for pups, and has spaces for both big and little dogs. It's located at 1565 Oak Drive. There are lawns surrounding it that could be used for families and picnics.
- "Living in a small town, I appreciate having a clean and safe place to take our dog to play with other dogs! The park is maintained very well, has wonderful green grass and provides a fair amount of shade and drinking water for the dogs (which is super important - especially when it gets to be in triple digits during the summer)."
