If you’re not sure which route to take – new build versus older home – we’ve put together a small list to let you know why new is always better!
Fewer repairs. Because it’s all new.... it’s not broken! And what better welcome into your new home than no repair to-do list on the first day.
Flex space options. Many of today’s new homes offer flex spaces...meaning you can decide what you want to do with certain open areas or rooms. Choices can include offices, extra bedrooms, fewer bedrooms, two- or three- garage spaces, etc. You get to decide how your home will best suit your needs prior to living there.
Energy efficient. Energy efficiency almost always equals cost savings. Year after year, the technology and research done to improve energy savings in your home gets better and better. Builders are eager to keep up with these construction codes, and the savings are passed to the buyer.
Warranties. As you look around your new home, you’ll be pleased to know that nearly every facet of your house has a brand-new warranty. That means you’re covered for most issues that could arise. You’ll be presented upon move in with all the warranty information you need to make any necessary claims.
Financing. Sometimes, buying a new home instead of an older home can mean advantageous financing options. Talk to your loan officer or our salespeople for more information to see if you qualify.
