One Tulare County homebuilder is expanding its development footprint to Reedley.
KINGSBURG– A Visalia-based homebuilder just opened a new subdivision with 150 homes on the edge of Tulare County.
San Joaquin Valley Homes (SJV Homes) and Presidio Residential Capital held a grand opening at Summerlyn, a new community with 150 single-family homes in southeast Kingsburg, Calif., on Saturday, July 27. The home prices start in the $260,000s.
The California Central Valley, from the Cascade mountains in the north to the Tehachapi range in the south, contains about 75% of California’s irrigated land and produces about 40% of the nation’s fruits, nuts, and other table foods. It also is an area growing in residential housing.
