A Visalia builder and one in Fresno are getting ready to open two new developments.
San Joaquin Valley Homeswill open its sixth neighborhood in the south Valley on Saturday.San Marinois a 95-home development on 26 acres at Riggin Avenue and South Shirk Road in northwest Visalia.
The homes range in size from 2,219 to 3,250 square-feet with three to six bedrooms. The houses have tech centers, spacious laundry rooms and large covered patios. There is an option for a casita, or in-law quarters.
Prices start in the low $300,000s. The grand opening starts at 10 a.m. Saturday.
