Visalia is our most active city, with three communities currently selling — Andalusia, Maplewood, and Sycamore Ranch — and four more coming soon. Andover Place and Danbury Estates are both arriving Summer 2026, and Keystone and Northgate are planned for late 2027. Visalia has been home to SJV Homes since day one, and we continue to invest heavily here.

Visalia is the heart of the Central Valley, with strong schools, established neighborhoods, and everything a family could need close to home. It’s where our company was founded and where our roots run deepest. We know this city well — the school districts, the neighborhoods, what’s growing and where — and that local knowledge makes a difference when you’re choosing where to put down roots.

All Visalia neighborhoods are in Visalia Unified School District. Andalusia is served by El Diamante High School. Maplewood is served by Golden West High School. Sycamore Ranch is in the highly desirable Redwood School District, with Oak Grove serving as the elementary school. Yes. Andover Place and Danbury Estates are both coming Fall of 2026, and Keystone and Northgate are planned for late 2027. All four have interest lists open now at sjvhomes.com. Getting on the list early means you’ll have first access to floor plans and release details.
