We’re building two communities in Sanger: Blossom Hill and Somerset. Both are located near North Avenue and Bethel Avenue, just 25 minutes from Fresno. Yes. Both communities are in the same area of Sanger off North Avenue, just east of Bethel Avenue. You can tour model homes at both in a single visit. The Blossom Hill models are at the intersection of Weston and Brehler, and Somerset models are on the southeast corner of Brehler and North.
