We’re building two communities in Porterville right now: Brookside and Laurelwood. Both are located off Westwood and Westfield in Northwest Porterville, and both are actively selling. They share a neighborhood park, so it feels like one connected community with two distinct home offerings.

Porterville has a lot going for it. There are solid local employment opportunities, Porterville College nearby, and an authentic community feel that’s hard to find elsewhere. It’s the kind of place where families put down roots. We believe in this city, and we’re proud to be building here.

Both Brookside and Laurelwood are served by the Burton School District and Porterville Union School District. Nearby schools include William R. Buckley Elementary, Burton Middle School, and Monache High School.
