Jade Rojas: Assistant Marketing Manager

San Joaquin Valley Homes

Jade Rojas, Assistant Marketing Manager

Jade Rojas grew up in Visalia, and she’s never really left. Not because she had to stay, but because the Valley is home. She’s the Assistant Marketing Manager at San Joaquin Valley Homes, and the work she does every day is shaped by a simple truth: she knows exactly what it feels like to be the buyer on the other side of the process.

Jade graduated from Mt. Whitney High School at 16, a year ahead of schedule, after taking extra courses and summer classes to move faster than the standard path allowed. She went on to College of the Sequoias before transferring to Sacramento State, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in information systems in December 2021. After starting her career and taking a year to breathe, she enrolled in an online MBA program through Western Governors University and finished it in a single year, working full time throughout. She received her MBA in February 2024.

She came to SJV Homes right out of school as an administrative assistant. She’ll tell you that was actually the best thing that could have happened. Moving through multiple departments before settling into marketing gave her a working understanding of the whole operation, from sales to construction to customer service. She wasn’t just learning marketing. She was learning the business. That background shows up in how she approaches her work today.

She was promoted to Marketing Coordinator within her first three months and to Assistant Marketing Manager in June 2025. The growth has been steady and earned. She’s competitive by nature and driven by something more than a title. She finds real meaning in being part of the process that helps families get into homes they love.

That’s not a line she says because it sounds good. Ask Jade what her biggest success is and she won’t lead with a promotion or a degree. She’ll tell you it’s her family and the support system that keeps her grounded. At 23, she bought her first home with her husband, right here in the Valley. She knows what that moment means. It’s the same moment she’s helping other families work toward every single day.

She’s been working since she was 10 years old, starting out cleaning horse stalls where she boarded her horse. The work ethic stuck. So did the Valley.
