March 21, 2019

TULARE, Calif. San Joaquin Valley Homes (SJV Homes) recently announced all 231 homes have sold at Savannah, an 80-acre community within walking distance of the Santa Fe Trail in Tulare.

“Savannah is the largest community San Joaquin Valley Homes has built, and it’s extremely gratifying to see it is fulfilling the needs of our local community,” said Danny Garcia, vice president of sales at SJV Homes. “With its ideal location and family-friendly atmosphere, this neighborhood has something for everyone.”

The homes, priced in the $200,000s, were built with six floorplans ranging from 1,390 to 2,322 square feet on lots averaging 6,500 square feet. Located just north of Cross Avenue at N. West Street and Olema Avenue, Savannah is close to schools and parks and less than five miles from the Tulare Outlet Mall.

Founded in 2013 by Joe Leal, Jim Robinson and Randy Merrill, SJV Homes has become one of the region’s most active homebuilders.
