Stonebrook and Granite Hills Will Offer a Total of 289 new single-family homes

WEST VISALIA, Calif. – January 30, 2025 – Local builder San Joaquin Valley Homes (SJV Homes) will open for two new neighborhoods - Stonebrook and Granite Hills - totaling 289 new single-family homes. These communities offer an affordable and exciting opportunity for families and individuals to begin their journey to owning their own home.
 

The communities are located at the northwest corner of Road 64 and Avenue 304, strategically positioned to meet the growing demand for quality housing in the Central Valley.
