San Joaquin Valley Homes Announces Grand Opening This Weekend at Two New Communities in Porterville, Calif.
Brookside and Laurelwood to Deliver 228 Single-Family Homes for Sale
PORTERVILLE, Calif. – November 18, 2024 – A grand opening will be held in West Porterville on Saturday, Nov. 23, to showcase two new home communities by San Joaquin Valley Homes. A total of 228 single-family homes will be delivered, starting in the low $350Ks at Brookside and the low $400Ks at Laurelwood.
The event will be open to the public from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. It will feature tours of six decorated model homes with lenders on hand to answer questions about financing and mortgages prequalification. Buyers can also take advantage of a limited-time Builder Incentive during the grand opening. There will be giveaways – including a Blackstone Grill and a $250 Gift Card – and refreshments include Tio Milio’s Tacos and Stix Churroholics.
The neighborhood is located at the intersection of N. Westwood St. and W. Westfield Ave.in West Porterville. Street parking is available.
The 110 single-family homes to be built at Brookside will range from 1,298 to 2,076 square feet. At Laurelwood, there will be 118 homes to choose from with six newly designed floor plans ranging from 1,735 to 2,855 square feet.
Exteriors are designed in Tuscan, cottage, modern and traditional styles, and interiors have three to five bedrooms, two to 3.5 baths and two- and three-car garages. Single- and -two story homes are available in both neighborhoods. The flexible floor plans offer room options for the buyer to customize their home.
The heart of the neighborhood will include a large park for the community to enjoy.
