San Joaquin Valley Homes Announces Grand Opening of Andover Place and Danbury Estates in Visalia
Two New Neighborhoods Expand SJV Homes’ Presence in Southeast Visalia
VISALIA, Calif. – September 30, 2026 – Local builder San Joaquin Valley Homes (SJV Homes) will celebrate the grand opening of two new neighborhoods in Visalia – Andover Place and Danbury Estates. The two neighborhoods will initially include 123 new homes, with additional homes planned for both communities.
Located near the corner of Caldwell Avenue and Santa Fe Street, Andover Place and Danbury Estates are just a short drive from shopping and dining along Mooney Boulevard, as well as popular outdoor destinations including Packwood Creek Walking Trail and Mooney Grove Park. The surrounding area continues to grow, with new shopping and dining options also coming nearby.
The Grand Opening Event will be held Saturday, October 10, from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., inviting guests to tour three professionally decorated model homes and learn more about available floorplans and homesites. Tio Milio’s Taco Truck will serve lunch, and guests can enter drawings for several door prizes.
At Andover Place, prizes will include a Blackstone grill, 55-inch TV and $300 gift card. Danbury Estates will offer drawings for a 55-inch TV, $300 gift card and $200 Home Depot gift card.
Lenders will be available throughout the event to answer financing questions and help prospective buyers learn more about their home loan options. SJV Homes will also offer a $1,000 Hometown Hero discount, and buyers can take advantage of some of the communities’ best pricing during the earliest phases.

Andover Place will initially feature 60 one- and two-story homes ranging from 1,368 to 2,076 square feet, with three to four bedrooms and two to 2.5 bathrooms. Architectural styles include Modern Cottage, Craftsman and Modern Farmhouse.
Available Andover Place floorplans include the Austen, Henley, Hawthorne, Ellington, Kipling and Walden. Select plans offer options such as tech rooms, offices and lofts, providing added flexibility for different household needs.
Andover Place model homes open for touring include:

- The Walden: 2,076 square feet
Danbury Estates will initially offer 63 one- and two-story homes ranging from 1,735 to 2,855 square feet, with three to five bedrooms and two to 3.5 bathrooms. The neighborhood will feature Modern, Traditional Farmhouse and Cottage architectural styles.
Available floorplans at Danbury Estates include the Carmel, Sydney, Naples, Aspen, Carlton and Aspen with Loft. Select plans offer options for dens, offices, lofts and additional bedrooms, allowing buyers to personalize their living space to fit their needs.
The Danbury Estates model home open for touring is:

Students living in Andover Place and Danbury Estates will attend Annie R. Mitchell Elementary School, Divisadero Middle School and Mt. Whitney High School.
