New Homesites Released - Hartley Grove Opens Phase 16

If you’ve been waiting, now’s the time to come out to Hartley Grove, San Joaquin Valley Homes’ new-home community in Hanford. With over half of the neighborhood already sold, Hartley Grove has proven to be popular with buyers. This latest release of homesites is on a cul-de-sac street and includes some extra large lots.

At Hartley Grove, buyers can choose their plan and their homesite. “Buyer’s like the choices they have here at Hartley Grove. That’s a real part of why this neighborhood is so popular,” says Melani Trelut, the home specialist at Hartley Grove.

 

Hartley Grove has six distinctively styled floorplans, and each one has a selection of exterior designs to choose from. The plans are designed to fit a variety of lifestyles and family sizes and most are flexible, offering a choice of room options to fit individual needs. The exteriors are varied in design, featuring covered front porches, stone or brick veneer, decorative shutters and railings, and a choice of designer color themes that bring individuality to the homes and diverse appeal to the neighborhood.


Starting in the low $190’s, homes at Hartley Grove range from 1,390 to 2,420 sq ft with three to four bedrooms and two to three-and-a-half bathrooms.

For those interested in moving into a new home this summer, there are currently several available at Hartley Grove. Two of these move-in-ready homes include up to $10,500 in builder incentives. These incentives are good toward closing costs, options and upgrades, and there is still time for the buyers to choose colors, counters and flooring.


One of the homes ready to move into this summer is the 1390 sq ft, single-story Linden plan on lot 78. Set on a large homesite, this popular plan has three beds and two baths. The living areas are open-styled featuring a great room and dining that adjoin the kitchen which has a handy snack bar for casual meals. The nine-foot ceilings throughout the home add to the spacious appeal. This home currently has a selling price of $195,400.


Another home available for a summer move-in is the attractive 1872 sq ft, Windsor plan featuring three beds, two baths and a three-car garage. This single-story plan includes formal living and dining rooms while the family room opens to the kitchen and breakfast nook for a more relaxed atmosphere. The kitchen is well designed featuring a large island with a convenient snack bar. This home, on lot 164 at Hartley Grove, is currently selling for $225,380.
