REEDLEY, Calif. (July 30, 2021) San Joaquin Valley Homes (SJV Homes) and Presidio Residential Capital are pleased to announce the grand opening of San Rio, a new residential community offering 150 detached single-family houses priced from the low 300’000s, on Saturday, July 31, 2021, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. During this time homebuyers can tour three beautifully decorated model homes. San Rio is located at 2663 Jasmine Avenue in Reedley.
