HANFORD, Calif. - San Joaquin Valley Homes (SJV Homes) and Presidio Residential Capital are pleased to announce the grand opening of Sterling Oaks, the first residential neighborhood located within the planned community of Live Oak, offering 106 detached single-family houses priced starting at $325,900, on Saturday, September 18, 2021, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. During this time homebuyers can tour three decorated model homes and talk to representatives from SJV Homes. Sterling Oaks is located off of 12th Avenue between Hume Avenue and Houston Avenue in southwest Hanford.

Sterling Oaks offers 106 homes ranging from 1,443 to 2,803 square feet on lots up to 10,000 square feet. There are six floor plans featuring standard amenities such as nine-foot ceilings, a composite roof, tile flooring, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The Sienna floorplan has a loft with flexible space that can be extra living space or an additional fifth bedroom and third bathroom. Exteriors feature traditional architectural styles in Mediterranean, Tuscan and Craftsman. Plans offer three to five bedrooms, two to 3.5 bathrooms and two- to three-car garages.
