San Joaquin Valley Homes Breaks Ground On New Neighborhood In Dinuba, CA

Lisa Walker • June 16, 2016

DINUBA, Calif. – Local homebuilder San Joaquin Valley Homes (SJV Homes) has broken ground on the last parcel in Viscaya, a master-planned community offering 84 single-family homes at Saginaw Avenue and Euclid Avenue in Dinuba. Model construction will begin in mid-July 2016, and a grand opening is scheduled for September 2016.

“This new community in a very desirable area of Dinuba will offer premium family homes at affordable prices,” said Joe Leal, co-founder for Visalia-based San Joaquin Valley Homes. “We expect it to be very popular.”

Viscaya will offer four three- and four-bedroom floor plans with three different elevations, ranging in size from 1,443 to 1,872 square feet, on spacious lots averaging 7,000 square feet, with some home sites as large as 11,877 square feet. The open floor plans, with Mediterranean, Tuscan and Craftsman exteriors, will offer kitchens that flow into great rooms and two- and three-car garages. The diverse new floor plans are filled with popular amenities and designed to fit a variety of lifestyles and family sizes.

The three schools that will serve this community are in Dinuba Unified, Roosevelt Elementary, Washington Intermediate and Dinuba High schools. Dinuba is in Tulare County, with a population of about 21,500. The Alta District Museum is located in a restored railroad station in Dinuba; the museum has a collection of materials to illustrate local history.

Viscaya will be close to shopping and major employers including Fruit Patch and Ruiz Food Products. El Monte Park and Recreation Park are also nearby. With easy access to Highway 99, Viscaya will be less than an hour from Fresno and 40 minutes from the Fresno Yosemite International Airport.

Viscaya is SJV Home’s seventh neighborhood in Tulare County and tenth joint venture with Presidio Residential Capital.
