San Joaquin Valley Homes Closes On 1,000Th Home

VISALIA, Calif.  San Joaquin Valley Homes (SJV Homes) closed on its 1,000th home on December 29, 2017, at Pine River Estatesin Visalia.

Nora Garcia, Celedonio Jimenez and their four children bought the 1,000th home, which was also the last to close in 2017. SJVH, a Visalia-based homebuilder, presented the family with a $1,000 check, a gas barbecue, a $200 Lowes gift card, a $200 Quality Meat gift certificate and a backyard fire pit donated by Lowes.

“We’re thrilled our 1,000th home closing is in our hometown of Visalia,” said SJVH marketing director Lissa Walker. “SJV Homes closed on 323 homes in 2017, and we look forward to beating that record and getting more families into quality homes in the coming year.”
