Local homebuilder San Joaquin Valley Homes (SJV Homes) announced today that it has sold all the homes and closed out two of its communities: Catalina, a neighborhood of 51 single-family homes in Visalia, and Viscaya, a master-planned community of 124 single-family homes in Dinuba, Calif.
