TULARE, Calif. – March 4, 2016 – Local homebuilder San Joaquin Valley Homes is ready to start selling the first of 53 single-family homes at Sedona at Palo Verde, which is located within a master-planned community of 350 homes.

The first release will offer all five floor plans ranging from 1,574 to 2,314 square feet, giving homebuyers a wide range of choices to fit their lifestyles. Prices will start in the low $200,000s.

Once complete, the Palo Verde master plan is scheduled to include larger homes, a gated community and a new elementary school that will help build strong connections among its residents.
