Grand Opening of Sedona at Palo Verde

San Joaquin Valley Homes celebrated the opening of Sedona at Palo Verde, their newest development in east Tulare on April 2. This was the official premier of their beautifully decorated model homes, featuring new plans. Currently the models are open daily for touring and a New Home Specialist is on site to provide information on the homes and neighborhood, as well as special offers and lender information.

The Grand Opening at Sedona was a huge success, prompting San Joaquin Valley Homes to prepare to release more home sites soon. For those looking to move quickly there are homes currently under construction, providing buyers with the opportunity to move in early, but just a few are still available.

“Sedona presents people living in, or moving to the San Joaquin Valley the perfect opportunity to secure a home early, at an attractive price, in what will become one of the most sought-after neighborhoods in Tulare,” said Joe Leal, who co-founded San Joaquin Valley Homes three years ago with long-time development partners Jim Robinson and Randy Merrill.

Starting from the low $200,000s, the new homes at Sedona are affordable, filled with popular amenities and designed to fit a variety of lifestyles and family sizes. The diverse choice of floorplans ranges from 1,574 up to 2,314 square feet, include 3-4 bedrooms and 2-2.5 baths and most offer a choice of room options to fit individual needs.

Sedona features classic architectural styles such as Craftsman, Mediterranean and Tuscan on spacious lots of up to 9,400 square feet. The exterior designs display thoughtful embellishments and handcrafted details such as stone veneer, arched and columned entryways, carriage lights, decorative shutters and concrete tile roofs.

The interiors are designed for today’s lifestyles with open living areas enhanced with spacious 9-foot ceilings on the first floors and hand-textured walls throughout. Thoughtfully designed, the kitchens feature naturally beautiful granite counters, hand-set tile flooring, rich maple cabinetry, recessed lighting, stainless steel Whirlpool® appliances and convenient islands with snack bar seating. The spacious owner’s suites have large walk-in closets and adjoining bathrooms with dual vanity sinks and most have a separate soaking tub and tiled shower. The blend of aesthetic appeal with functional living spaces make these homes especially attractive.

Buyers at Sedona can choose their homesite and their floorplan and have a variety of styles and color choices on the exterior designs. Buyers are also able to personalize the interior design of their home by choosing from an assortment of colors and styles of flooring, countertops and cabinetry.

Sedona is the first neighborhood to open within the master-planned community of Palo Verde. Once complete, the Palo Verde master plan is scheduled to include larger homes, a gated community and a new elementary school that will help build strong connections among its residents.

Located at the northeast corner of N. Mooney Blvd and Seminole Ave., the community is close to major employers, shopping and great schools including Mission Valley Elementary, Live Oak Middle School and Tulare Union High School.

The northwest border of Palo Verde is adjacent to the Santa Fe Trail, a five-mile path through Tulare with trees and landscaping, separate biking and equestrian components, trail lighting in the central business area, and multiple rest stops, featuring benches and drinking fountains.
