San Joaquin Valley Homes has opened Sorrento, the final neighborhood in its Del Lago Master Plan in northeast Tulare. The two-story homes offer floorplans ranging from 1,494 to 2,290 square feet, with two to five bedrooms, and 2.5 to four bathrooms.
The community includes Del Lago Park, a 30-acre destination with a water play area, 1.35 miles of lighted walking paths, picnic shelters, facilities for basketball and tennis, and a lake with fishing.
