Presidio Residential Capital based in Scripps Ranch in partnership with San Joaquin Valley Homes is planning to build a new housing development in the Tulare County community of Dinuba.
The development, named Montebella, will have 175 single-family homes at the intersection of State Road 72 and Saginaw Ave.
Construction is scheduled to begin in May with model homes available in the summer.
Montebella will have one and two-story homes ranging from 1,298 square feet to 2,076 square feet.
They will include a mix of three-bedroom and four-bedroom homes with two to 2.5 bathrooms and two-car garages.
